      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;How about using 'Text on Axis' instead of 'Values on Data Points' .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They'll be at the bottom not the top but they will not have the red line masking them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
