expression labels not aligned on axis

Hi guys,

My bar chart looks like this

I am showing expression labels on the x axis.

The labels need to show in one line just below the x-axis in diagonal style...

Please let me know which properties to set here...

Hi Ramya,

You have to make into single expression to show them in single line.

So ,Now data is per month names as fields; make it as cross table loading at scripting,then you can make it as single expression showing label in diagonal style with axes tab setting .

My expression labels are coming form

dual('mylabel', myexpression)

I did not understand your solution...what do you mean by one expression.....

Can you pleas elaborate on it little bit?

Ramya,

Month Year you should use as a dimension and create the chart just an expression.

On the Axes tab of your Bar Chart object properties you can set the Dimension Axis to horizontal, diagonal or vertical.
