drop special formatting when exporting to excel?

Colleague of mine wanted to know if there's a way, from accesspoint, for him to set it so his exports from a qvw don't come with the background formatting/color scheme stuff. Something like what you'd get if you just copy/paste special/values onto a blank worksheet, but having it drop to that format automatically when you use the export to excel button.

I've been wondering a bit too- it would drop the file size a bit and make for speedier movement of larger data sets. I have the ability to kick the dashboard design back to utterly plain everything, but I think some kind of background stuff comes out with all qlikview exports anyway, and other people in the company specified the color scheme and such for this dashboard.

Thanks!

There are user-specific settings for export and print - see in Menu --> User Settings --> Export/Print (with IE Plugin - I could imagine AJAX is similar).

- Marcus
