      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if anyone can recommend best practices for implementing a dynamic set of "tiles&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;" that&amp;nbsp; have some static text, a calculated percentage that can change the background colour of the tile, trend image and a minimal line graph (see attached picture). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the best/easiest way to implement something like this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
