View issue with text object

Hi,

I have problem with number view in text object in development env and in web mode.

This is the Web:

and this is the Dev:

and this is the expression I use:

=num(SUM({1<RUN_ID = {$(vMax_Run)}>} AGGR(SUM(DISTINCT SUBSCRIBER_COUNT), RunChunkFlow_ID))

,'#,##0','.',',')

Why don't I get the separators in the Web mode?
