Fixed x-axes in a chart

Hi,

in a chart there is an timeline on x-axes an i will display month begins with Oct an ends on Sep. In this case chart will display always the same view. If click on year, x-axes should have month and year, e.g. oct 13, nov 13, dec 13, jan 14, feb 14,…

Hi Stefan,

I'm not sure if I have understood you correctly but if you want to display the month and year in the dimension you need to concatonate the month and year fields together.

If you put this expression in the dimension

=Left(fy_mMMM,3) & ' ' & Right(year,2)

I've done that on your example and attached it back. Like I say, I'm not entirely sure if this was what you were hoping for.

And an another example. I'm not completely sure what you want to do - you have a field named "mon_YY" which does what you need?

Hi at all,

thanks for you solutions. The chart should have a fix x-axes. oct 13, noc 13,...sep 14, so i have 12 month, independent there are no values to be displayed.

For your internal Calendar table, have you thought about changing it to using autogenerate and ensuring it contains the dates you require ?

Hi Bill,

in FYCalender i have only generate month and this should be displayed on x-axis. If i click on year in Listbox, year attached on month in chart x-axis.
