    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use join instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, you have City in a logical table, and a separate table that has City and Country, and you want to get Country into the first table.&amp;nbsp; One way is to use the second table as map, and apply this map in the first table.&amp;nbsp; Or, if you don't want mapping, you can join the second table to the first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But - what's wrong with mapping?&lt;IMG src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/confused.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
