I am looking for the theme used in Executive Dashboard.

Anybody knowa where to find this.

Hi Shubhash,

Have you tried downloading the QVW file from the demo site and creating the theme yourself?

Settings -> Document Properties -> Layout -> Theme Maker...

To be honest with you, when I am trying to copy the style of a source app, I prefer to just either copy and paste or explore the properties of the existing objects in my source application to find out how it was done and then apply that to my new app. You can also use the format painter tool to quickly "borrow" an existing objects style.

There are sample themes in folder

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Themes

You may well find something suitable there.
