    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Steve&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you looked at the &lt;EM&gt;GetFieldSelections() &lt;/EM&gt;command ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I often find it best to test such commands in a Text Box, using a Value Expression of say something like :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; =GetFieldSelections( [YourFieldName])&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then when you have seen what it returns when you do various selections on &lt;EM&gt;YourFieldName, &lt;/EM&gt;then you can build your Calculation Condition Expression.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Bill&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to write a calculated condition for an object that does the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Required selections:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Month and Year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Optional selections:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Department Name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing else can be selected. Struggling with getting this to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any assistance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
