Hey guys

I have 8 reports and I want to try and create a button so that when it is clicked, only 2 of the 8 reports display. I tried already and when i click the button, only 1 report maximizes and not the 2 that are supposed to. Can anyone please help me on this?

Hi,

which QV version do you use? In QV 9 you have the Action. You should use the Restore Object Action for all of your 8 charts. This should work without any problems. But I have one last Idea, maybe you have activate the autominimized function of some of your chart and therefore if you open one chart the othe will be automaticliy minimized

Hey Willinek

Yea I'm using QV9 and I get the auto minimize function to work but i need it to work with a button. So say I have 6 charts. 3 are hours and 3 are income, and there are different categories. Category A has hours and income, Category B has Hours and Income and Category C has Hours and Income. Now i Want 3 different buttons so when Button 1 is pressed, Category A's Income and Hours display together on 2 different graphs. When I press Button 2, Category B is displayed and same for Category C.

Hope I'm explaining properly. Have you got any ideas for this?

I can get it to work with one object, but as soon as i put in 2 ObjectID's, then nothing happens

Nevermind got it working. I just created 2 seperate actions
