P&L STATEMENT

I have a trial balance in qvd form. I want the fooowing to apeear in pivot table

Sales. 1000

Direct exp. 200

Gross profit 800 (to be calculated)

Expenses. 500

Other inc. 100

Net profit. 400 (to be calculated)

Please help me

hi there,

take pivot ,take only expressions no dimensions.

expression 1 : sum(sales)

label : Sales

expression2 : sum(Direect.Exp)

label: Direct.exp

expression 3 : [Sales]-[Direct.exp]

label : Gross Profit

expression4 : sum(Expenses)

label: Exprenses

expression 4 : sum(Other.inc)

label : Other.inc

expression 5 : [Expenses]-[Other.inc]

label : Net Profit

--> here you have to arrange backgrounds colors to design and have to give spaces to labels to achieve good design, am attaching snapshot ,look into that,
