Straight table

Hi All,

we used two tables and created straight table, but It's containing 5Lackes Records, but I want two show the 1000Records, if I do reload also I want see the 1000 records in Straight table in User interface (UI) Level.

how to do solve this problem please let me know.

I tried but it's not working we have 10 fields in straight. do you have any idea please let me know

Hi,

Go to Properties->Dimension limits->Select the dimension->and then check the Restricts which values are displayed using the first expression->then use any condition to limit the no of records

i understood ur requirement, apply dimension limit to 1000 . u can see the 1000 records.

Hello,

Please follow the below steps:

1) create another calculated dimension : =aggr(RowNo(),AnyDimension)

2) Then Go to Properties->Dimension limits->Select the dimension->and then check the Restricts which values are displayed using the first expression->then use any condition to limit the no of records

3) Hide the dimension from UI

Please let me know, if you are able to do it.
