Document Analyzer 1.15 not working

Hi All,

I am trying to analyze one document using the Document Analyzer 1.15.

The document size is 100 MB, and it is hosted on a 128 GB, 16 core processor machine.

I do not see any performance issues as such and server and memory are ok.

But the applications hangs and it stays at a single screen. I ahve attached the screenshot where it stays until I kill the QV.exe process.It does not hung up the system though.

Could you please help

yes i did tried today and it was not working.

I have seen an occasional problem where DocAnalyzer completes the extract phase but hangs on the reload. The workaround is to kill the process and then do the reload with a standard Ctrl-r.
