1)I have a bar chart in my dash board, i want horizontal values by slitting for that i used =subfield(Data,' ',1)&chr(13)&subfield(Data,' ',2)&chr(13)&subfield(Data,' ',3) in add Calculation dimention but it not working . this is persional edition rel11.

2) one more is i want assign the $ value to range of values in bar chart which i attached bellow,i ca i do this.

to slitting horizontal value go to properties of chart in Axes tab--> there you see primary dimension label and secondary dimension label tick on radio button to the center hope it helps

=field1& Chr(10) & chr(13) & field2& chr(10) & chr(13) & field3

i think it will help u after u placing this in ur dimension go to the presentation tab-->enable x axis and make the number count as 5 or 6

then go to axes tab-->in primaray dimension check the 2 option /

I applyed already what u said but it not visible based on my requirement and on more thing is what abt the $ symbol in range values.
