Inconsistent bar chart display

Hi,

I have a puzzling problem with bar chart.

I have a bar chart with scrollbars. Some users can see the data properly (e.g. one bar for each country dimension), but some users can only see the name of every other country.

some users see this correct bar chart display.

some users see incorrect display on IE, while a correct display in Chrome.

Users have IE 8 version.

They have tried to clear the browser's cached, but it didn't work.

Another weird thing is today it will work fine, then suddenly tomorrow it's back to the old problem.

Any idea why this is happening?

If anybody has encountered this before, I would really appreciate if you can share how you overome it.
