    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Community, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 2 simplw question please answer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) I Have To Develope a Balance Score Card, There Are 13 KPI in Different Excel Files and qvd's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each KPI Have its own Date In Different format then others, so is it possible to create one calendar to analuse all KPI with one date, OR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to handle with all dates.. (Some KPI are for two year eg 2011 and 2012, and some are sine 2000, and some since 2005)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sp shall i join all table with Date or how to deal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) how to change Month format January to Jan, in Number tabe i am changing to MMM , But its not changing the format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggestion Please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Khan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to make master calender then using floor function with your different date you can link with this calender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure that the date format for all datefield is same .Hope it helps You&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you could join also for doing that but it quite complicated table because your all Fact tables are attached in one table&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps you &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
