Pop up window on button action

Hi i would like a text window to pop up on button action.

On the same button click i would like to close the window after reading instructions.

I have attached a demo whereby i have an action attached to maximize the text window.

this is however not working.

See attached example. It doesn't maximize the popup, but uses a second transparant text box to prevent user interaction with the other objects.

i have conditional show in text box layout as : =if(mod(Variable1,2)=0,1,0)

I m able to reproduce what you did, but I don't understand it. Could you please explain your and gwassenaars solution breafly?
