Hi All,

We are trying to uncheck the flag for few of the security options in Document properties, like Add Sheets, Edit Script, Reload etc..... but unfortunately the changes we make are not getting saved.

Is there any other settings we need to change. Please let me know.

I saw this behavior in one of QV 9 releases. It is a bug - install another QV version, and it will be working.

We are using QlikView 9.0 SR6.It works fine.

Yes, it works in SR6. The problem was in one of the early QV 9 versions.

Hi All,

We are currently using SR6 of Version 9 only. Another perculiar behaviour is that we are able to update the security settings of applications built for other clients. Its not working in one specific file.

Any pointers on this will be very helpful.

May be possible that Source application built in Another QV Version and You are using different version.

I.e both client not using QV SR6. Either have different version.

Hi,

i also had this kind of problem. In my case i tried out QV 10 with the affected document. From that point in time i was no longer able to change the security settings on a Tab with QV 9 SR6 only with QV 10...

May it be a way for you to adjust these settings via QV 10?
