Custom text message when mouse hover a Object

Is there a way we can get a custom text message displayed when mouse hover a object or text box.

Hello Asheoran,

You can add a Help box for the objects. This Help Box will be visible when the user click the (?) icon on the title bar.

To do this go to the Object Properties -> Caption -> Help Text.

I don't really know if it's possible with the Mouse Hover event.
