Count by First Date

If I am counting presentations given per week. But my table has some presentations with two date values in error, how do I get the count to only show in one week. Preferably the earliest date? Below is a sample table. SOme of the counts each week are overstated because my data might have two week dates listed for a presentation. Thanks!
