show diagonal reference line in scatter chart

Hi, I would like to show on scatter chart a diagonal reference line, basically on coordinates x=y.

Whatever is above is bad, below is good.

How would I do this? I need this because X axis is more stretched than Y and then you loose context what is good/bad.

I only seem to get flat reference lines.

Example, taken from QV demo on FICO SAP:

Y: Plan

X: Actual

Size of bubble actual/plan - 1

I found a reference on the forum, while spotting a tag filling in the forum.

Works fine, still need to figure out the colouring.
