Print Sheet Action Does Not Work

I have created a button and I am using the Print Sheet action.... I have the sheet id in as well as Show Print Dialog checked.... When I run it directly on the server everything works great... but once published and accessed through AccessPoint, clicking on the button does absolutely nothing... I am pulling my hair out... Can anyone help? I am on QlikView 11.

I have experienced similar with different actions in the button(s). The button works 80% of the time, but then appears to simply be clicked, with no action ocurring. (QV 11.2 SR1)

I've not figured out a way around this yet.

are u using Ajax client..

1. if yes then put webview on in your qlikview developer and test your button in webview mode.

2. Also make sure that printer should be installed on the machine

3. Also check with QMC administrator whether they have provide the printing privallage to the document,
