Does anyone know if i can sort fiscal periods in assending order?

Hi.

You can always use dual() function to create values that has both numeric and text representation (in script).

In this case you'll see text representation and use numbers as a sorting order.

Or you can just load your Period field in a proper order with Order By statement (in script) and then use 'load sorting' order.
