Text box & Table - connection?

Hello fellow Qlikviewers,

I have a question regarding a text box I created.

I have created a text box containing information about a table on my dashboard.

Now I want this text box to automatically open when I open the table.

If I close the table, the text box should close as well.

Is there a way to 'link' this table and this text box to eachother?

It is a workaround, but not the one I'm looking for.

What I am looking for, is that the text box (with in your example the sum of "Val") opens when I double-click the minimized table-header, and that the text box will close when I minimize the table by double-clicking the header again...

Sorry to be such a pain, but it's just that I don't use buttons anywhere else in the dashboard, so putting in two buttons will confuse my end users I'm afraid...
