Need help in List box

Hi All -

I am new to QlikView. I have a below requirement.

I have a list box displaying year. Currently requirment is whenever we launch the QV dashboard, we need to select a specific year. At the same time user should select multiple values from the list box and whenever user click clear button atleast one value should remain selected.

1. When dashboard lauches , I am able to select a particular year. used "Document event trigger" OnOpen and "Always one value selected"

2. Unable to select multiple value - What need to be done to achieve this ? Any suggestions.

check allwaysone selected value in properties

Hi thanks for te reply -

I am struggling now with two thing

1. multiple value selection in a list box, along with a default value whenever dashboard lauches

2. once user click on clear button, atleast one value should be selected.

You should disable clear button and paste regular button and make a trigger for users (to clear selection+ select one value)

Hello thanks for the reply.

I have implemented and it worked fine. If possible can you please help me out how to disable clear option , user should use the buttom which is explicitly created.
