Hi Everyone,

I need to represent data in a piechart. I have a problem in representing data.

All iam doing is to look for the head counts in each department .

Say I have 6 departments

1) Depart A
2) Depart B
3) Depart C
4) Depart D
5) Depart E
6) Depart F

Bu When I view the data on pie chart I could view only 4 departments straight and other 2 departments under "other" category.

1) Depart A
2) Depart B
3) Depart C
4) Depart D
5) Others
- Depart E
- Depart F

All I wanted is to view all the departments and I don't want to click "Others" to view Depart E and Depart F

Could anyone please help

Please check that you don't limit the maximum number of slices shown to four, either in dimension limits tab (QV11) or in presentation tab (older versions).

Hi There,

The problem is not with the slices limiting on the presentation tab. The Maximum number of slices are set to 10.

The problem was with the size on the "Lower limit on Slice Area". Earlier I used to have the size as 0.02 and now when I changed to 0.01 then I could see the data. Thank you for your reply
