      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;To verify my theory, I'd first go into my numbering layout for this column and change it to show decimal point. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The true value could be -0.01%, making it in the negative although you're only showing the whole number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could be wrong but you said any idea why it is showing this behavior, might be worth checking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; You are right, I have it in the number tab as fixed, format pattern : &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;#,##0% . if I change it to number and pattern as&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;####,###% &lt;/P&gt;then it shows -0.138036. I really don't want to show that length&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
