Dear All!!

Thanks for your kind advice always.

I have an issue, with section access.

I have an application consisting of n number of sheets(reports) in it.

Now I want to show few sheets to one user and other sheets to other user.

Kindly help me out in providing access to different users according to sheet(reports).

An example application would be more helpful.

Suppose there are 3 users

>> Admin

>> Manager

>> User

Admin would have access of all reports

Manager would have access of reports related to top management

User should have access of rest reports only.

Accessible reports should only be seen to user otherwise it should be hidden.

Hi Rohit,

Thanks for your support, it helped a lot in understanding the concept of section access.

Now if you dont mind, I would like to share one more issue,as

I am providing access to my client through Windows logon system.

So if we will define new access table , user will have to login 2 times to see its report.

My need is if user logs in to access point through windows logon, then my application itself should determine the group of the user and thus user should be provided access.

Make use of the "visibility" property of the sheet with OSuser() function in the expression.
