This is a basic data problem. For Nov and Dec, the TSEIDs are T1,2,3,4 which are in turn related only to KARNATAKA. Thats the reason you see data only for one sub-branch when you select a month.

Either you have incomplete data or the model is not correct.

Thanks for reply. I also knew thsi is basic relation problem. I have posted the full data only. Actually my requirement is little bit static type. i.e Unless there is no relation i want to show fix value.

Thanks for reply. Again i am atttaching the file , you go open the file.

Now i am using drill down group with SUBBRANCH,ASM. Without any selection it is giving me correct answer. Now when i select any particular month it is showing me All ASM value which is wrong. Like if i select any month and after any subbranch it has to show ASM wise value. And also you see when i select ANDHRA it is showing me all ASM value which is wrong .It should show me only what are related ASM value. And when i select ANDHRA in drill down group then the outlet count is giving me wrong answer.

I'd recommend you to use a Master Calendar. So you can set a date for any transaction. Using Set Analysis will help you to sum or select properly the results. You can find code for master calendars in this same forum.

Thanks for reply. Sorry for late reply. But in this file also, the latest Table-2 is not giving the correct answer and also doesn't contain any drill down group. So that's why it is satisfying my requirement. my requirement is Output of Table-2 with Drill down group.
