Reload issue in server????

Hi All,

I have some issues here.
I have given some button for reloading the document.
This is working fine in QV developer but once I am deploying into server the same is not working.

Will you please let me know what I am missing or how to make it work in QV server?

hello,

The Qlikview Architecture does not permit the usage of macros to reload documents in a server environment.

You can only do that by either using a bat file (command line) or installing publisher.

This is not a bug ! that's the way it works.

Publisher is not free. It is included in Qlikview Server since version 9 but different licences are available (Small business or enterprise).

Publisher will not allow you to run macros. The only way to automate macros is to create batch file (vbs) and run it on the Qlikview server.
