CHART: Future growth – capacity planning

I need to display a chart that would predict the future growth of how much percent of the warehouse will potentially be utilized. It should be based on historical growth.
The user should also then have the capability to change the predicted growth rate based on the user's own prediction.

p.s. all numbers should be displayed in percentage format. I have historical data that contains total capacity & total utilization.
