Imagine if the target is 85% for all the columns C1,C2 and C3. I want to show one image in a seperate column very next to each of these columns(C1,C2 and C3). If the difference is in +ve i have to show the up arrow(image) and if it is in -ve I have to show the down arrow(image). Also very next to that image column I want to show how difference when compared to 85%.
