Problem with combo chart - symbol display mode show as line graph

Hi everyone,

I am trying to plot a data over time series graph as in the following picture. The Blue series has massive data point while the red one has a lot less. The problem is that I would like the red series to display in the "symbol" mode, but it always shows as line mode unless we select/zoom into the graph to a small enough number of data and it works.

I am just wondering if the problem is actually a expected feature or a bug?

..looks like it is a bug. I am facing the same problem. I have a combo chart where there are 3 expressions. (Current - shown with symbol and Max/Min shown using stock) and a single dimesion.

What I observed is if I have >100 values on x-axis, then it fails to show the Current as symbols ..it shows it using the line and when I have <= 100 values on x -axis then it displays the Current values with the symbol.

Can anyone please confirm if it is a bug?
