Is there any chance to create a pivot table like the following?

Year	2008	2009	Difference
Expression 1	Value 1	Value 2	Diff 1 = Value 2 - Value 1
Expression 2	Value 3	Value 4	Diff 2 = Value 4 - Value 3

I would like to use one dimension (year) in the columns and several expressions in the rows. As total value I don't want to display the sum or one of the selectable in the table properties, I would like to show the difference.

Can anyone help?

I'm guessing you need to use before().
