Reading a excel like csv document using a field

I have Graphic tabel with in first col numbers .

a number , e.g. 12345 then if added drive\path\ 12345 plus extension .csv is name of document

like c:\excel\12345.csv

they all have the same format/layout, only differance could nummer of lines in file.

How to open by click in graphic first col on some row this file?

meaning , adding path and extension to number , then open and use load /reading syntax to fill the graphic defined

on screen with this data
