The attached excel files contains many sheets that will eventually be populated with data like the Example Tracker sheet.

I need to load only rows 1-3 for all of the sheets that are NOT TOC or EXAMPLE TRACKER and ideally I would like to do a cross table for every sheet so I could filter by the date field. Because this file format contains columns and rows I don't need, I only want to load the data in the yellow boxes so that it shows the total available hours and the monthly available hours. What is the best way to do this? Changing the format of the file is not possible. TIA!

Have you tried using the data load wizard on this one and the transform functionality, that is likely the best way to try to get things sorted, then you can look at the resulting code to see if you want to try to tweak anything further, but that would be how I would approach this, will also need a loop mechanism too. Maybe someone else with better development skills will have a better idea.

Regards,
Brett
