    <description>&lt;P&gt;The only thing of which I can think is the account you are using to make the request is not a member of the local security group QlikView Administrators on the server upon which you are running the QlikView Server service.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully that may be the issue and adding that user should get things working in that case.&amp;nbsp; I know you did mention 'valid admin user', but I wanted to be sure that admin user was a member of our QlikView Administrators local security group, as that is a requirement from what I recall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>The QlikView ticket is not getting generated for the valid admin user</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not getting the ticket ID from my web service which uses url&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;http://localhost/QvAJAXZfc/GetTicket.aspx&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp; to get it from QVS. The user is in QlikView Admin group but still, the ticket is not getting generated. I have tried reinstalling the QlikView server and IE plugin but nothing worked out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting the response as below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/EM&gt;?xml&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"&lt;/EM&gt;?&lt;EM&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/EM&gt;string xmlns&lt;EM&gt;="http&lt;/EM&gt;:&lt;EM&gt;//&lt;/EM&gt;localhost&lt;EM&gt;/TestWebService/"/&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of this,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/EM&gt;string xmlns&lt;EM&gt;="http&lt;/EM&gt;:&lt;EM&gt;//&lt;/EM&gt;localhost&lt;EM&gt;/TestWebService/"&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;ticketID&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;lt;/string&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I have to check?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
