How can I create Table 3 from Tables 1 & 2?

Hi, if you do a join between 2 tables and there is no field that exists in both tables it will do the cartesian table, so just:
Table3:
LOAD NAME From/Resident Table1;
Join LOAD AREA From/Resident Table2;
