Good morning,

I have already searched through Google and Co., but I can't find a solution and therefore contact you briefly.

In the posted sales lines the articles are given to me once with piece as well as package (e.g. 10x piece).

How do I do it now that I select over a point that all quantities are indicated as pieces or conversion factor from the table units?

I hope you can help me and wish me a nice day.

ich habe jetzt Google und Co. bereits durchforstet, finde aber keine Lösung und wende mich deshalb kurz an euch.

Mir werden in den gebuchten Verkaufszeilen die Artikel einmal mit Stück sowie Gebinde (z.B. 10x Stück) ausgegeben.

Wie stelle ich es nun an, dass ich über einen Punkt auswähle, dass alle Mengen als Stück angegeben werden bzw. Umrechnungsfaktor aus der Tabelle Einheiten?

Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen und wünsche schon mal einen schönen Tag.

Hi Markus,

Is the unit package a standard unit, like does it contain standard quantity.

eg 1 package is 10 units or 100 units.

If that is the criteria, i suggest use variables to define.

the standard unit hasn't always been used, that's my problem.

I think I would use a mapping-table which list your various packages with the belonging pieces and then you could replace with an applymap() the packages with the appropriate pieces. Here an example how it works: Mapping … and not the geographical kind.

Data:

Art-Nr / Unit of measure / quantity

100 / carton/ 100

100 / bottle / 600

200 / carton / 200

Item Units of Measure:

Art-Nr / Unit of measure / quantity per unit

100 / carton / 1

100 / bottle / 6

200 / carton / 1

200 / bottle / 12

Converted to cartons:

Art-Nr / Unit of measure / quantity

100 / carton/ 200

200 / carton / 200

or in bottles

Art-Nr / Unit of measure / quantity

100 / bottle / 1.200

200 / bottle / 2.400
