Is Multiple selection possible across various selection boxes of name field ?

Hi All,

i have 2 fields, name and id.

i have a situation below where i have seperated the name field base on the last 3-4 char.

i want to do multiple selection from 2 selection boxes, for example: from field in m2 = 'zilong in m2' and field in m3 = 'martis in m3'.

and i want selected values id to concatenate in text box like below:

Please Help me with this.
