Multiple Combination under same supplier

Dear Experts,

I have one fact table "Incentive Map" like below and fields loaded in table "Sales" are "Supplier,Origin and Selling-to" now my first question is, how can I capture other fields like "Incentive and Discount" in qlik table against respective criteria because when I tried, it takes these required fields only for first row of fact table and ignore next case.

Please consider that I cannot create combination key because below is just an example for understanding otherwise I have 20+ such fields to validate. Can anybody help on this?

The associations between two tables must be valid in order to get the right answer in your table. It is not clear what the right key is from the information given so far.
