Call Age for weekdays

Hi All,

I want to calculate call age i.e some ageing bucket where I specify the ageing of my ticket using the formula

eg- today() - ticketsubmitdate

but now, I want to calculate it by excluding weekends i.e Saturday n Sundays.

I tried network days too but that didn't help. Please let me know if anyone knows this. thanks.

NetworkDays is the correct way to calculate this. Perhaps you could be more specific with how it didn't help (the expression used, what you expected, what you got...)

So what do you get with:

=NetworkDays(ticketsubmitdate, today())
