      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to export the pivot table to excel with selections where we need to show all the selected value (more than 10 values) in a field. But when i export it shows as "10 out of 190" in the selection. Pls let me know how to show all values in the selection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

There exists ( at least in V10) an input box called "Max Values in Current Selections". I checked for you 9SR6 --&amp;gt; ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, but 8.5 is a rather old version, I would suggest to migrate to at least 9SR6. If you can't for some reasons, using macros as Sunil told above is a possible way. But as just mentioned, I'd prefer a newer version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
