Qlikview can't run trigger when open on Web?

Hi,

I have a issue with trigger in qlikview when reload by schedule on server.

First time, I set default selected for dimension on document and I use trigger OnOpen() for it. Value of trigger are Year = Year(now()), Month = Month(now()) and Day = Day(now()). I'm reload it and reopen OK.

But, when I published document has trigger on qlikview server and put schedule reload for it, it had the issue. Trigger Year(now()) of document seem do not run when data source not have value, then I'm trying put correct value of current year to data source and reload document on qlikview server but, it can't work properly.

Can you help me to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Hi,

What client is in use? If AJAX, you should note that OnOpen triggers are not supported for use with AJAX.

OnOpen

Select this event to assign an action to be executed each time the QlikView document is opened. This event is not supported when running in the AJAX client.
