Colors of Chart changes With the existence of pop-up

Hello,

I am using chart that must use some colours as 1st 2n 3rd and 4th colour and I want to add on it a pop up that gives some more info. The problem appears that when I add the pop-up the coloursof the bars change.

by just adding this:

I tried to use a background colour fixed for the 'My Coment' but it does not work.
