Error 'Document open call failed'

Hi,

I am having a strange problem when reloading the application through server (QV 9 SR3). I get an error 'The document might require username and password'. We get this error once in a while and the same job runs well after some time. Also, our application doesn't have any section access. Any suggestion would be helpful for us.

Hi,

Are you sure there is no Section Access in the hidden script ?

Are the source document path and published path on network shares available to the account running the QlikView Publisher service?

Yes Alex, I am sure that there is no section access.

The weird thing is the same application runs after some time. Any suggestion?
