three synthetic keys is not a big issue, More synthetic keys will not effect your data. even if we take link tables that also same, So you no need to bother about the synthetic keys in your data model.

You can continue with reports without any fear.

First synthetic is because of your join keyword is not proper.

Second is in Resource Allocation table have multiple same common fields name, hence you will get two synthetic key here. so i join this MonthlyData table ....
