Distinct Count Error

Hello sir,

I have a set of data I want to do a distinct count for.......

Using this script:

num(count(DISTINCT [ID-Female]), '#,##0')... I can obtain the number of females in my dataset.

I'm trying to get the number of management staff. I used this script:

Count({$<[Cadre] = {'Management Staff'}>} (([ID-NO]) ))

but the figure is not correct... I would love to get a distinct count of all the management staff in my dataset

May be like:

Count({$<[Cadre] = {'Management Staff'}>} Distinct [ID-NO] )
