Suppress row when expression is null

In attached was a sample what i need. I read a lot about this before, but i can not find anything like a need.

Summing up, i need fourth column "Suppres when is null", suppress when it is null. There is a variable limite % who recevi a values, and all values in column bigger that limite % him must suppres the row.

There are a way to make this?

I had done like this, but i dont know why dont worked...but i did like you said and now worked...

I thought there might be a option "Suppress When Values Is Null" for expression, but i think not.

Would be nice if there are.

But anyway, it worked.
