Does Qlik View able to do predictive analysis ?

HI All

when I Google about SAP , it sound like their is focus a lot on predictive analysis on their HANA & Roadmi DV software.

so far I have not hear so much about Qlik talk about this topic.

in my view I think predictive analysis , is like forecasting base on history data to forecast the future . Like using moving average or trend line to predict the future .

HOpe some one can share with me in case you know about predictive analysis.

Qlik is going to introduce, (there is already an alpha version),

server extensions for qlik sense that will allow you to call external functions from different sources

including advance analytics like python and R

so you will be able to display predictive analytics result in your model

there are also third party software already that you can combine with qlik
